Production

Our production process is the most iterative and collaborative phase of all. You will see and be able to use your application as it is being developed. We build on the basic Discovery Phase architecture and get your feedback. We repeatedly ask, “Is this what you want?” Extra time spent in visioning and discovery really pays off in this phase. And you are part of the process, not an observer. You gauge progress based on actual demonstrations, something that is meaningful to you, not Word documents, spreadsheets, or paper storyboards.

The production phase remains flexible enough to absorb new requirements that may emerge from expansion of the vision or from new discoveries. At the same time, sufficient controls are exercised to ensure that new requirements are consistent with the architecture, and receive proper analysis and design, so that the integrity of the application is not compromised.
